If you plan on attending the ABC (Associated Builders & Contractors) Users Summit, then you most likely will return with valuable information to help better serve your customers. Since Tucker Paving is always looking for ways to improve customer service while practicing construction industry safety and hiring a quality workforce, we wanted to share this educational event.
The summit will be held Oct. 8 and 9 at the historic Loews Don CeSar Hotel in St. Pete Beach. ABC contractor members are invited to the summit to “share best practices and gain valuable insight”— and enjoy some networking opportunities.
With health care services booming and health care-related construction exploding, a Health Care Track of sessions will be added to this year’s summit, joining the traditional Industrial Track.
The sessions will be full of useful information. Titles from the Health Care Track will include “The Rubber Meets the Road: What Contractors Wish the Owners/Developers Knew” and “In Search of a Better Mousetrap.” In the Industrial Track, sessions will include “Tackling the Top Productivity Pain Points” and “Contracting with ‘Skin in the Game.’”
The full agenda has all the makings of a very informative summit.
