The conference is featuring a number of industry experts who will be leading sessions on the effects of technology in the construction industry. Keynote Speaker: Paul Doherty -IFMA Fellow, DFC Senior Fellow
As President and CEO of TDG Earth, a Smart City real estate development and investment company registered in Singapore, Doherty is well-placed to speak on the tools and solutions being utilized in city planning and implementing sustainable environments.

Rob McKinney -Business Development and Risk Control Manager
McKinney worked for many years as a Safety Director, and then used that knowledge when he transferred into tech, creating apps that aim to improve safety and workflow in construction. Currently part of the Risk Control team for Safesite, McKinney will be discussing new technologies that improve safety performance.

Zulqernain (Zulq) Malik -Chief Happiness Officer of Smartbuild Construction Solutions Inc.
Malik is the Chief Happiness Officer of Smartbuild, a company that leverages tech tools that transforms contractors’ abilities to better manage their operations. He will be discussing strategies that contractors can use on their journeys into adopting tech.

Britton Langdon -Vice President of Construction Technology of Black & Decker/Dewalt
Langdon’s construction software company, MSUITE, was acquired by DeWalt earlier in the year. Langdon will be talking about off-site prefabrication for productivity and cost-effectiveness.
