Accountability & Integrity. Focusing on accountability and integrity means that we are honest in all our interactions, and that we take ownership of our mistakes and faults just as much as our successes and strengths. We then move on to how we can improve ourselves!
Stay Safe. Though it’s the last value we discuss, safety is our first priority on every job site. It incorporates all of the other values because when we care about the people we work with, when we take responsibility of our work and our actions, and when we strive to be better every day through holding ourselves accountable and acting with honesty—that helps to make an environment that is safe for everyone!
